A Li’l About Me

One day, I am just sitting on the floor with my little sister playing dolls.

The next, I am landing my first job as a studio photographer, and no longer posing dolls, but real babies.

The day I entered the world of college was only the doorway to finding my passion– in career and in love.

Half way through college, I find myself penniless and married to a most loving husband, learning that money isn’t a necessary ingredient for happiness.

Today, I am eight months pregnant, awaiting unfathomable joy and at the same time, fearing that such a young mother could not possibly be ready for this little life to depend on me.

Life has certainly surprised me with many challenges that I could not possibly have survived alone. This world is too overflowing with turmoil and pain for just plain-old-me to endure. I have depended greatly on the one friend that has remained constant when others floated in and out of my life. My constant companion guides me in every situation, even when I forget to take a moment to listen to the wisdom offered. Looking back, this friend who loves me so much has always been with me, planning for me, and leading me to where I am today in ways that would lead me to grow into the person I am today.

My one, dependable mentor, protector and guide is there for me in the face of every issue, no matter how personal: Christ the Lord himself. For He has promised me that in “all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose” (Romans 8:28).

What greater power could I ask for? In Christ I have everything I need– and I am ready to face whatever life throws at me next.

Yes, it’s true! There’s no greater power than God where we can lay all our burdens, entrust our safety, health & everything we need in our walk on this earth. To confess that without God we are nothing and that with God everything is possible is a biggest step anyone could ever make. It is a sign of humility and submission to God’s will. As our mouth confess let our hearts and whole being be strengthened also. It’s like a good sword, it has to go thru all it’s difficult process to be truly sharpened and ready. Let us not neglect to recognize also the faces and vessels whom God uses on this earth to let His blessings flow. He often uses faces whom we lest expect. So watch out, the next person you met might just be one of God’s messenger.
Keep prayin’ & keep smilin’. God is watching!!
